Shipping Costs

AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY – FREE

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FLAT RATE – Canvas Rolled $90 | Metallic Rolled $70

Fine art prints are posted in a tube. We ensure every item that is being couriered or posted is wrapped & packaged sufficiently to support its journey.
We cannot be liable for any lost or damaged item once the rightful person has signed for the package or has given authority to leave goods without a signature.

Shipping Wait Time

All Australian customers should allow 12-14 business days. This allows for adequate production and delivery time and time to order in supplies if required. During the Christmas period we ask you to wait up to 18 days.

For international customers, the wait time will be applicable to international post and will be advised once the print is posted.

Damaged prints

In any circumstance that an item is damaged or lost and there has been neither authority to leave or it has been signed for, we will endeavor to process a replacement or repair.
Our suggestion in every case is to open and thoroughly look over the item before signing. Do not give authority to leave in any circumstance. The items that we are sending are fragile and valuable. If you aren’t going to be at your delivery address, nominate an alternate address, work, neighbor, family member etc.
Once the item is signed for or has been given authority to leave the insurance for the item will be waived and we can no longer claim insurance, repair or replace the item on the couriers cost.
In the rare case of a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with photographic evidence & description of the damaged item to reduce further delay.
